In
addition to providing Executive Coaching as part of
the ECI assessment, we provide one-on-one executive
coaching to support a variety of learning and
organizational goals. Executive Coaching, the single
largest contributor to sustainable change, is one
of the most accessible and time-efficient ways to
learn. Coaching is an especially useful tool for developing
busy executives who have less time for learning and
few other assisted means of continued development.
Executive Coaching is an ongoing partnership between
coach and executive in a thought-provoking and creative
process that inspires the client to maximize their
personal and professional potential and produce fulfilling
results. Trained to listen, observe and customize
our approach to individual client needs, the coach
seeks to elicit solutions and strategies from the
client. The coach's job is to provide support to enhance
the skills, resources, and creativity that the client
already has.
The ultimate goal of coaching
is to help people transform to greatness by learning
more about themselves, to change their behavior and
sustain those changes through reinforcement and follow-on
coaching. Improved functioning of executives creates
benefits for them and for their entire organization,
including bottom-line business results. Companies
are using executive coaching to develop management,
interpersonal and leadership skills; emotional intelligence;
developing potential and retaining key executives. As
a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF),
we pledge to uphold high standards of professionalism
and a set of ethical
standards.
While Executive Coaching
ensures that executives deliver the leadership the
company requires, we also provides Team Coaching and
Assessment designed to harnesses the full potential
of a client’s teams.
