Each of the following are one-day seminars.

Fundamentals of EI - Getting Started

In this seminar, participants learn what EI is, the role it plays in the workplace and how EI can enhance their work performance. By the end of this module, participants will have learned how to integrate the process of EI into their everyday lives.

Communication with EI - Empower your Relationships

Through role playing, the dynamics of successful communication are identified. By the end of this module, participants will have learned how to better manage their communications with others.

Motivation with EI - Fuel for Growth

Participants explore how to identify and manage emotions related to motivation. By the end of this module, participants will have learned how to activate internal sources of encouragement and increase efficiency in the workplace.

Decision-Making with EI - A Competitive Key

Participants discover how emotions are used subconsciously to weigh advantages and disadvantages when making a decision. By the end of this module, participants will have learned how to improve their decision-making process in the workplace.

Selling with EI - The Currency for Success

During this seminar, participants delve into the emotions commonly connected with each step in the sales process. Topics covered include how to ask questions, listen, tailor your presentation, and counter objections.

By the end of this module, participants will understand how to harness the right emotion, at the right time, for successful sales.

Leadership & Development - Empower Yourself (1 Day)

Leaders learn what EI is, the role it plays in the workplace, and how EI can enhance their work performance. They will receive a feedback report from a 360° assessment tool. By the end of this module, participants will have learned about their strengths and areas for improvement in 20 competency areas. An action plan is developed, and work on the plan continues through one-on-one executive coaching. A minimum of four hours of one-on-one coaching is included.

Leadership & Conflict Management - Reach the Top (2 Days)

Leaders will find out about their leadership style and interaction with other types of personalities. Through role-playing, leaders identify the positive and negative impact of their leadership style and learn ways to successfully interact with others. By the end of this module, leaders learn how to maximize their influence and get positive results from their subordinates.
