About EI Corporation

Emotional Intelligence Corporation (EIC) helps organizations maximize the performance of employees by assisting them in developing new skills via emotional intelligence seminars, a 360° assessment tool, and one-on-one coaching.

Anne Hurtubise, president and founder of EIC, has more than 15 years of experience in professional coaching, stress management, psychology, and personal development. She also has a unique background in nutrition that helps her coach executives in finding more energy for the work they must do by making smart food choices.

Anne is a certified Emotional Intelligence instructor through Hay/McBer in Boston, the Emotional Intelligence Development Corporation in Montreal, and Adler School of Professional Coaching. Additionally, she has studied management and marketing at the University of Montreal and holds a degree in Information Technology.

Anne has been successfully operating businesses since 1984. Over the years, she has developed a first-hand understanding that people do not leave their emotions at the front door when they come to work—they cannot. She has learned that managing staff in a positive way and helping a business succeed require taking this fact into account.

An accomplished and energetic speaker, Anne has honed her skills by making hundreds of presentations, sharing examples from her own life to inspire others to become more fulfilled in their personal and professional lives.
