Based on the seminal work of Drs. Richard Boyatzis and Daniel Goleman, the Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI), is a 360 degree assessment and development tool of unmatched precision and authenticity.

How can the ECI be used?

The ECI can evaluate individuals within an organization (Individual Feedback Reports) as well as the organization as a whole (Work Force Audits). These audits can provide an organizational profile for any sized group within the company.

What does the ECI provide?

The ECI Individual Feedback Report. The ECI provides individuals with precise and focused feedback on their strengths and limitations. Based on the feedback from up to 12 raters, the ECI indicates specific emotional competencies that need to be enhanced.

What is the Work Force Audit Tool?

The ECI Work Force Audit report summarizes the results of multiple individual assessments. Based on the combined results of the entire work unit, it provides a comprehensive profile of the unit’s emotional intelligence. This work force audit reveals key emotional intelligence gaps that may be limiting performance effectiveness.

Is there any Executive Coaching?

Four hours of one-on-one coaching are included with the ECI Tool. With the ECI Tool, the participant identifies key areas for development and is coached in the preparation of an action plan that will enhance their emotional intelligence and work performance. Participants are accountable for following through with the actions identified and the coach will follow up on their plan and assignments at regular intervals. The entire leadership coaching program can be a year in length.
